VOV.VN - The Vietnam Red Cross Society (VRCS) has launched a nationwide campaign to mobilise social resources to support at least 1.5 million disadvantaged people during the upcoming Lunar New Year festival (Tet).
The Vietnam Red Cross Society (VRCS) Central Committee has announced the notable outcomes of the programme “65 years of Vietnam–Cuba solidarity,” marking a special humanitarian highlight in the Vietnam–Cuba Friendship Year 2025.
The Vietnam Red Cross Society (VRCS) Central Committee reported that as of October 16, its fundraising programme “65 Years of Vietnam–Cuba Solidarity” had collected more than VND537.7 billion (over US$20.41 million) in support of the Cuban people.
Donation campaigns in support of the Cuban people were launched on September 15 by the High Command of Coast Guard Region 4 and the Border Guard Command of Can Tho city.
