The Security Agency for Investigation has issued conclusions on the probes into the cases of “making, storing, distributing, or spreading information, documents, or items aimed at sabotaging the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam” that involve Nguyen Van Dai and Le Trung Khoa.
The Supreme People’s Procuracy on December 8 issued an indictment charging Le Trung Khoa with “making, storing, distributing, and spreading information, documents, or items aimed at sabotaging the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam” under Clause 2, Article 117 of the Penal Code.
The Investigation Security Agency under the Ministry of Public Security on December 5 issued wanted notices for Nguyen Van Dai and Le Trung Khoa for “making, storing, distributing, or spreading information, documents, or items aimed at sabotaging the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam”.
