As of late 2024, Vietnam had 73,788 digital technology enterprises, marking a 10.1% increase from the same period in 2023.

The information and communications industry’s total revenue for this year is estimated at VND4.24 quadrillion (US$166.7 billion), marking a 13.2% increase from 2023.

With a high digital economic growth rate of about 20% per year, and the fastest rise in e-commerce in the ASEAN region, Vietnam is moving close to the position of top three biggest countries in the ASEAN region in terms of its digital economy.
