VOV.VN - As part of efforts to diversify markets and supply chains, Export Development Canada (EDC), in collaboration with Dalhousie University and the Vietnam Trade Office in Canada, organized a seminar to support students – representatives of startups in Nova Scotia on Canada’s East Coast in exploring business opportunities in Vietnam.

The Export Development Canada (EDC) has publicised an article “Doing business in Vietnam: Catch this rising star in the Indo-Pacific” in which, its author - international trade writer Carol Fragiskos emphasised that strategic location makes it an ideal logistics and distribution hub.

As Vietnam is a core part of Canada’s Indo-Pacific Strategy, both countries boast numerous opportunities for trade development when the Southeast Asian country becomes the largest trading partner of Canada in the region, a Canadian official has said.
