VOV.VN - Ambassador Dang Hoang Giang, Vietnam's Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN) recently received Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Josip Brkic to discuss bilateral and multilateral issues.

Ambassador Pham Hai Anh, Deputy Permanent Representative of Vietnam to the UN, has expressed his concern about the volatile situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including interethnic and intercommunal tensions, as well as a lack of dialogue, trust and reconciliation.

Vietnam has called for increased efforts to address challenges, stabilise the political situation, develop the economy and improve the lives of the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Ambassador Dang Dinh Quy, Permanent Representative of Vietnam to the United Nations, voiced Vietnam’s support for reconciliation and economic development efforts in Bosnia and Herzegovina when addressing a regular debate of the UN Security Council on the situation in Bosnia-Herzegovina on May 4.

VOV.VN - The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) held an annual meeting to discuss the ongoing situation in Bosnia–Herzegovina on November 5, with the Vietnamese side being joined by Indonesia in affirming their respect for the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
