A delegation of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs visited Malaysia from November 3-5 to learn more about the Vietnamese community in the country.

VOV.VN - Speaking at a banquet held in Kuala Lumpur on September 1 evening to mark 77 years of Vietnam’s National Day, Vietnamese Ambassador Tran Viet Thai affirmed the strategic partnership between Vietnam and Malaysia is developing strongly across all fields.

Vietnam Airlines' representative office Malaysia, in conjunction with travel companies Asia Companion Travel and Vietnam TravelMar, organised a tourism promotion workshop, themed "Exploring Vietnam with Vietnam Airlines", in Kuala Lumpur on July 19.

The Vietnamese Embassy in Malaysia, on behalf of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, presented medical equipment, antibacterial cloth face masks and sanitiser to the Vietnamese community in the country at a ceremony on February 20.
