Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son led a Vietnamese delegation to the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, the meeting of the Southeast Asia Nuclear Weapon-Free Zone (SEANWFZ) Commission, the 29th ASEAN Political-Security Community (APSC) Council Meeting, and the 36th ASEAN Coordinating Council Meeting, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Vietnamese Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son on August 2 attended the 23rd ASEAN Political-Security Community (APSC) Council Meeting as part of the 54th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM-54).

ASEAN Foreign Ministers reiterated the grouping’s resolve to resume negotiations on the Code of Conduct in the East Sea (COC) with China, during the 22nd ASEAN Political-Security Community (APSC) Council Meeting held online on November 10.
