The squad, led by head coach Diego Giustozzi, departed Tan Son Nhat International Airport on a 10:30 a.m. flight and arrived in Jakarta at 1:50 p.m. local time. After landing, the team travel to their base to settle in and complete final preparations before the competition begins.

Prior to departure, the players concluded a training camp at the Chanh Hung Futsal Arena in Ho Chi Minh City and played several warm-up matches, including two fixtures against Afghanistan, to fine-tune tactics, assess personnel and build match readiness.
