Speaking at the event, Pham Tan Hoa, vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, affirmed Tay Ninh authorities and people's determination in searching and repatriating the remains of fallen soldiers.

He thanked the Government, army and people of Cambodia, especially the authorities of Svay Rieng, Phnom Penh, Battambang and Pailin provinces, for their support for the search operation.

The remains were reburied at the Vinh Hung – Tan Hung Martyr Cemetery in the province's Vinh Hung Commune.
