On June 26-27, Chinh is scheduled to meet senior Chinese leaders, officials of the Vietnamese Embassy and representatives of Vietnamese expatriates, as well as CEOs of leading Chinese corporations.
On June 24, while attending the 15th Annual Meeting of the New Champions of the World Economic Forum in Dalian city, Chinh had bilateral talks with Chinese Premier Li Qiang.
The two sides vowed to work closely together to realise the December 2023 joint statement on continuing to deepen and elevate the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership and build a China-Vietnam community with a shared future that carries strategic significance.
This is the second time in two consecutive years that Chinh has visited and attended the WEF meeting in China, showing Vietnam’s wishes to enhance the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership with China.
The two countries are planning activities to celebrate 75 years of their diplomacy in 2025.
