Prof. Schwab who is also the founder of the WEF, highly appreciated Chinh’s speeches at the WEF’s 15th Annual Meeting of the New Champions in Dalian, saying WEF and its member corporations value Vietnam’s prospects, investment and business environment, and outstanding economic achievements.
Chinh for his part spoke highly of Schwab’s vision as well as the WEF’s role in promoting global dialogue and cooperation, especially public-private cooperation.
He congratulated the WEF and China on the success of this year’s meeting themed “New Frontiers for Growth”, helping to inspire countries and businesses to constantly promote innovative drivers and paths for global economic advancement.

Both sides noted with satisfaction the positive developments in the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and the WEF in recent times, especially following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation for 2023-2026 at the WEF Tianjin meeting last year.
They agreed to realise the MOU and coordinate closely to make the Vietnam Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Ho Chi Minh City become the leading connection center in the region.
On this occasion, Prof. Schwab respectfully invited Chinh to attend the WEF Annual Meeting 2025 in Davos, Switzerland.
