Saigon Café hosts seafood themed dinners in April

Diners are treated exclusive seafood themed nights every Friday and Saturday in April at Saigon Café on level 1 of the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers.

There is an assortment of fresh seafood from the starter, carving station to cooked-to-order station, including freshly cooked crabs and tiger prawns on ice, prawn and broccoli in cocktail sauce, jelly fish salad and assorted handmade sushi with pickled ginger. 

There is a dedicated oyster bar of fresh Nha Trang oysters with red shallot vinaigrette, Japanese soya dressing, lime, wasabi foam or Tabasco.

Guests should not miss the special seafood highlights of the night including crab bisque, Canadian lobster cooked to order, baked whole sturgeon, sautéed prawn, and grilled fish with chilli and lemongrass. 

Guests can also order to cook live scampi, prawn skewers, squid skewer, and salmon and sea bass fillet and crocodile.

Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers is located at 88 Dong Khoi Street in HCMC’s District 1.
