InterContinental Asiana Saigon offers April highlights
Some F&B outlets of the InterContinental Asiana Saigon are offering their special programs during this month.
Market 39 on the ground floor has a “Happy Monday” program, featuring international and local delicacies, premium grill meat, world-wide cheese and cold cuts and desserts. The promotion is available every Monday from now until October 31.
The restaurant also runs a Reunification Day and International Labor Day celebration on April 30 and May 1, featuring a Luxurious Victory Dinner or Freedom Brunch with special dishes at its seven live action stations, seafood, imported meat, and sushi and desserts.
During this month, Market 39 also has a Happy Secretary’s Day where participants can join in an indulgent lunch buffet on April 27.
Guests to Yu Chu on level 1 have a chance to enjoy hand pulled noodle represented in different shapes and forms by the skillfully trained team of chefs at the restaurant. The promotion is available for lunch and dinner during April, starting from VND125,000++ per bowl.
The Library on the ground floor is where diners should visit during this month to savor a decadent Chocolate Fondue Experience using single origin Vietnamese Chocolate served alongside a selection of fruits, brownies, madeleine and nuts.
Basilico on the ground floor highlights cuisine of the mountainous region in the south of Italy, including Chickpea and soup with house made Tagliatelle, Orecchiette with Beef and Mozzarella, Braised Pork with Peppers and Potatos as well as the ever popular sweet Almond tart with marinated Strawberries.
