New treats at Nikko Saigon Hotel in July
F&B outlets of the Hotel Nikko Saigon have put on a variety of promotions this month.
La Brasserie on level 2 of the hotel offers a seafood buffet with live music, featuring Rock Lobsters, live Mud Crabs and Blue Crabs, Loch Fyne smoked salmons, Fine De Claire Oysters from Canales Bay, and Tsarskaya Oysters, daily from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
The restaurant has an extensive breakfast buffet from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. daily with a selection of fresh bread and spreads, cereals, nuts, dairy products, vegetables and fruit juices, Asian and Western style hot dishes, as well as Japanese and Vietnamese delicacies including spring rolls, Vietnamese Baguette, and Vietnamese noodles.
There is an afternoon tea at The Lounge on the ground floor from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Ming Court on level 3 will treat diners a lobster menu featuring a selection of signature dishes in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Sichuan and Cantonese styles. Singapore sauce is truly an irresistible experience. The promotion is available until August 31.
The restaurant also has a wide range of delicate All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum prepared by its skillful Ming Court culinary team.
