Nikko Saigon with Viva Mexico food promotion
The Hotel Nikko Saigon will host the 5th Viva Mexico food promotion “Cinco De Mayo” from May 5 to 14 at La Brasserie Restaurant on level 2 of the hotel.

Inspired by talented native Mexican executive chef, Viva Mexico has been an annual successful food promotion held at Hotel Nikko Saigon since 2012. This is a good opportunity to try a special fondness for Mexican food.
All of fantastic Mexican favorites will be presented along with the La Brasserie’s usually extravagant seafood buffet dinner, including Lamb Barbacoa, Chicken Enchiladas, Tacos Al Pastor, Cheese Quesadillas, Ceviche Acapulco, Ensalanda de Pollo, Cactus Salad with Tomato Salsa, Tres Leches cake and other condiments.
Audiences will enjoy a live Latin music performance by Cuban band Luna Negra.
