Retail petrol prices up in latest adjustment

VOV.VN - The retail prices of petrol were revised upward on February 13 following the latest adjustment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.

Specifically, the price of E5 RON 92 petrol was priced at VND20,590 per litre, representing a VND150 increase from the previous baseline, while RON95-III petrol rose to VND21,070 per litre, up VND150.

Diesel 0.05S and kerosene were capped at VND19,070 and VND19,470 per litre, up VND20 and VND60, respectively.

Meanwhile, mazut oil 180CST 3.5S is now sold at no more than VND17,770 per kilogramme, up VND420.

The two ministries decided not to use the petrol price stabilisation fund for this adjustment.

Since the beginning of the year, petrol prices have undergone a total of seven adjustments, including four rises and three declines of RON95-III petrol, five rises and two declines of E5 RON 92 petrol.

So far, oil prices have experienced five times up and two times down.
