100 businesses to attend VietShip 2025 in Hanoi this March
VOV.VN - Nearly 100 domestic and foreign shipbuilders and maritime groups will take part in the 10th International Exhibition of Shipbuilding, Shipping and Offshore Technology (Vietship 2025) due to run in Hanoi from March 5 to 7.

Exhibitors, including those from countries with developed maritime industries, such as Norway, Netherlands, China, Finland, the Republic of Korea, and Singapore, will showcase shipbuilding and offshore technology at
200 booths set up at the event.
Notably, the exhibition will feature maritime transport vehicles and services; maritime logistics services; design, classification, consulting, and ship agency services; maritime research and training; and maritime media and publications.
Major highlights will be equipment, materials, and technology for new shipbuilding and ship repair; offshore oil and gas exploration equipment and technology; and offshore wind power equipment and technology.
The event will offer a prime opportunity for businesses and investors to approach useful information, share state-of-the-art technologies, and seek investment to further accelerate the development of the shipbuilding sector, said Nguyen Tien Dat, deputy general director of the Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (SBIC), head of the Organizing Committee of Vietship 2025.
Within the framework of the exhibition will be a Vietship 2025 buyers' forum that connects buyers and suppliers, and fosters collaboration opportunities.Specialized industry seminars will also be held to discuss trends, technologies, and challenges in the maritime industry.
Contracts and cooperation agreements are expected to be signed during the three-day exhibition.
