VOV.VN - Vietnamese contestant Tran Mai Thuy Vy has been crowned the winner of Miss Bigo 2025, the first-ever edition of the global beauty pageant celebrating diversity and the influence of women who dare to break barriers and embrace challenges.

Thuy Vy surpassed 13 other contestants from 11 countries during the grand finale in Ho Chi Minh City on April 11 evening to take the trophy.
She not only captivated the judges with her striking beauty, but also made a powerful impression through her inspiring presentation on the role and strength of women in today’s world. Her message resonated deeply with the audience, honouring the qualities of the modern woman - confidence, courage, and determination in society.
The two runner-up titles went to equally outstanding and unique individuals Chanhizzie (USA) – first runner-up, who was impressed with her bold personality and creative thinking, and Eleisharosete (Philippines) – second runner-up, who was praised for her grace and strong community engagement.
“I am incredibly proud to bring this crown home to Vietnam. This victory is not just about a title or a crown - it’s a symbol of a strong, empowered global community of women breaking barriers in every field, everywhere in the world. Today, we celebrate not just one winner, but the strength and resilience of many women who are challenging stereotypes and chasing their dreams,” said Thuy Vy.

According to the organisers, the competition aims to amplify the voices and stories of female creators, recognising their achievements and contributions.
Miss Bigo 2025 was more than just a beauty pageant - it served as a platform to celebrate female empowerment, sparking inspiration for millions of women around the world to embrace their identity and pursue their dreams fearlessly, they said.
