Thoai Nghi makes European festival debut as Vietnam’s rising Gen Z pop star
VOV.VN - Young Vietnamese singer Thoai Nghi has been invited to perform at three major music festivals in Croatia, making her the only Gen Z artist from Vietnam to take part in the event series, just one year after her official debut in V-pop.

She is set to perform at the Summertide Festival at Noa Beach Club on Zrće Beach, Zulu Night in Zagreb, and the Forestland Festival in Međimurje. These are among Croatia’s top music festivals, attracting tens of thousands of attendees annually. The events bring together leading international DJs, producers, and performers in genres such as EDM, techno, progressive house, and future bass.
The invitation follows the 20-year-old artist’s release of the English version of her solo hit “Đặt Anh Về Nhà” (“Take You Home”), which earned praise from fans for its smooth vocals and emotional delivery.
Thoai Nghi previously captured attention after her image appeared in New York’s Times Square as part of a global campaign, leaving a strong impression on audiences. Over the past year, she has steadily expanded her presence at various music events both big and small, winning over listeners with her signature sweet and emotive style.
Rather than rushing into mass-market exposure, the Gen Z singer has focused on refining her skills, developing her musical identity, and producing quality work before scaling up her activities. Her upcoming European tour marks not only a new chapter in her artistic journey but also serves as a launchpad for future international projects.
