K-pop band Baby Monster to perform in Vietnam this May
VOV.VN - K-pop girl band Baby Monster are set to hold a concert in Ho Chi Minh City on May 31 as part of their global tour Hello Monsters which will travel through 13 destinations in six months.
On the band’s official page, Vietnam and Indonesia have been added as destinations for their first world tour, following 11 other cities, including Kanagawa and Osaka in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong (China), and Bangkok in Thailand.
Their tour is due to begin in Seoul, the Republic of Korea, on January 25 and will conclude in Jakarta, Indonesia, on June 14.
Baby Monster, also referred to as Baemon, consist of members Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora, and Chiquita. They initially debuted as a full ensemble on April 1, 2024, with the single "Sheesh", which became their first top-10 hit on Korea's Circle Digital Chart.
Their album "Really Like You" became their first entry on the Billboard 200, debuting at number 149, while the titular single of the same name reached number 109 on Spotify's Daily Top Songs Global Chart.
The band are expected to impress fans with their energetic performances and hit songs during their first world tour.
This will be their first visit to Vietnam after debuting in November 2023 with their single “Batter Up”.
