K-pop boy band to hold first live concert in Ho Chi Minh City
VOV.VN - K-pop group TEMPEST is set to perform at the Phu Tho Indoor Sport Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City on June 15 as part of their World Premiere: The First Ever Live 2024 Tempest Concert (T-Our: Tempest Voyage).
According to details given by the organising board, the band have selected the southern city as their first destination in the band’s global tour as a gift to Vietnamese fans.
The event is set to impress audiences with their energetic performances and their string of smash hits.
TEMPEST are managed by Yuehua Entertainment and debuted in March, 2022. The group consist of seven members, including Hanbin, Ahn Hyeong Seop, Koo Bon-hyuk, Lee Eui-woong, Hwa Rang, Eun Chan, and Kim Tae-rae.
Among the members is Hanbin, a Vietnamese artist whose real name is Ngo Ngoc Hung. Hanbin had previously been well-known among the K-pop dance community in Vietnam and was a leader of the group C.A.C. which won the 2018 Vietnam K-pop random dance in public contest.
TEMPEST has won several music awards such as the Genie Music Awards, the Asia Artist Award, the Seoul Music Awards, and most recently the Hanteo Music Awards.
