18-year-old student crowned Miss Multicultural Vietnam 2026
VOV.VN - Nguyen Tran Ha Linh, an 18-year-old contestant from Ninh Binh, has outperformed 19 finalists of the Miss Multicultural Vietnam 2026 pageant to win the crown.
Ha Linh impressed judges and spectators with her confidence, maturity, and clear thinking during the grand finale held at Ho Guom Opera House on April 5.
In the Q&A round, addressing how young people can preserve traditional culture in the digital age, she emphasised awareness and pride in national identity. She highlighted practical actions such as learning history, wearing traditional attire, participating in cultural festivals, and promoting positive cultural values on social media. Her thoughtful response played a key role in securing her victory.
In addition to her achievements in the pageant, Ha Linh has an impressive academic record, including a scholarship from Swinburne University of Technology (Australia) and several academic awards. She has also been active in school leadership and community activities.
The first, second, third and fourth runner-up titles went to Nguyen Thi Thu Truc, Nguyen Hong Hai Van, Trinh Thi Hue, and Luu To Uyen, respectively.
In addition, the organisers awarded several special prizes such as Miss Intellectual, Miss Physique, Miss Talent, Miss Performance, Miss Charming Face, and Miss Media.
Nguyen Tran Ha Linh will represent Vietnam to vie for the Miss Multicultural World 2026 crown in June. Runner-up Nguyen Thi Thu Truc will compete in Miss Eco International 2026 in Egypt this May.
