The exhibition introduced 40 pieces featuring the life and people of Da Nang as well as splendid artwork on Vietnam’s beautiful landscapes on various materials such as oil on canvas, lacquer, silk and acrylic.
The artwork featured in the exhibition are winning pieces by 29 painters and sculptors which have featured in exhibitions nationwide between 2008 and 2018.
Ha Vy, deputy director of Da Nang Department of Culture and Sports, said the artworks have provided visitors and the public with a fascinating insight into the great efforts made by painters and sculptors over the past ten years.
The exhibition aims to encourage the creativity of artists and support them in introducing their artworks to the wider public.
The event will run until January 8, 2019.
