World billionaire to visit Quang Ninh by helicopter
VOV.VN - A world billionaire and his travel party are scheduled to arrive by helicopter at Van Don Airport in Quang Ninh province at noon on September 2, coinciding with the 80th National Day celebrations, to begin a three-day luxury cruise on Ha Long Bay.
According to the plan, the group will enjoy premium services in secluded and tranquil areas of the bay. This is not the first time Quang Ninh has welcomed ultra-wealthy visitors, with a number of billionaires and millionaires, including Indian billionaire families, having chosen Ha Long Bay as a holiday destination in recent years, some even holding wedding ceremonies there.
To better serve the ultra-luxury segment, Quang Ninh is developing plans to open seven pristine islands with private beaches, while expanding tailored tourism products and services. The province has set this year's target of welcoming 20 million visitors, including 4.5 million international arrivals, generating revenue of VND 55 trillion.
