Vietnam’s Margherí among Asia-Pacific’s top pizzerias in 2025
VOV.VN - 50 Top Pizza, the most influential guide in the world of pizza, has released its ranking of the 50 Best Pizzerias in the Asia-Pacific region for 2025, with Margherí as Vietnam’s only representative, securing the 11th spot.
The announcement was made at an award ceremony recently held at the Istituto Italiano di Cultura in Tokyo, Japan.
Located in Tan Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Margherí also received the “Performance of the Year 2025” award. In addition, it ranked 67th in the list of the 100 Best Pizzerias in the World compiled by 50 Top Pizza, making it the only Vietnamese pizzeria on the global list.
Founded in July 2023 by Chef Ciro Sorrentino from Naples, Italy, Margherí is renowned for its signature dishes, including Smoky Beef Brisket, Cheese & Honey, and Bufalotta pizza.
The top spot in the Asia-Pacific ranking went to The Pizza Bar on 38th. Second and third places were awarded to RistoPizza by Napoli sta ca in Japan and Fiata by Salvatore Fiata in Hong Kong (China), respectively.
The rest of the top 10 includes: Massilia (Thailand); Crosta (Philippines); SHOP225 (Australia); da Susy (India); Dante’s Pizzeria (New Zealand); Bottega (China); Spacca Napoli (Republic of Korea); and Pizzeria Braceria CESAR (Japan).
