The awards aim not only to recognise outstanding contributions but also to elevate service quality, promote product diversification, build strong tourism brands, encourage training and environmental protection, and enhance Vietnam’s global image as an attractive tourist destination.

The Vietnam Tourism Awards 2025 is expected to take place in the third or fourth quarter of 2025 in Hanoi, the ministry said in a recently approved plan.

According to the organising board, the awards consist of 11 categories, with a total of 115 titles. These include Best Travel Agency; Best Tourist Accommodation Establishment; Best Venue for Tourism Events; Best Tourist Transportation Enterprise; Best Food and Beverage Service Provider for Tourists; Best Spa and Wellness Service Provider for Tourists; Best Community-Based Tourism Destination; Most Creative Tourism Product; Best Golf Course for Tourists; Media Organisation with Outstanding Contributions to Tourism; and Best Tourism Training Institution.

The selection and presentation of the Vietnam Tourism Awards 2025 must be carried out in accordance with the right subjects, principles, and standards, comply with legal provisions on emulation and commendation, as well as other relevant laws and current guiding documents. The selection and awarding process must also ensure objectivity, accuracy, transparency, fairness and equality.

Participating units must submit applications for the Vietnam Tourism Awards 2025 on a voluntary basis. Applications submitted in 2024 must be supplemented and updated with current information for consideration and nomination.
