Vietnam government launches 24x7 tourist helplines

VOV.VN -Lost your passport? Can’t figure out how long it really takes to get from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City? Or when the last train to Nha Trang is? Vietnam’s tourism agencies aim to be at your service.

They recently launched 24x7 tourist helplines in English and Vietnamese to answer travel queries and route distress calls. It’s all part of the government's move to be interactive with visitors; there’s a new mobile app in the offing, too.
