Vietnam Airlines to increase flights to Malaysia for 2018 AFF Cup finals

The airline will add 1 or 2 flights on each air route from Hanoi, HCM City, Da Nang to Kuala Lumpur on December 11, raising the total number of seats onboard between the two countries to 1,100 on the day.

Vietnam Airlines will continue to meet the needs of the market and add more flights so that Vietnamese fans can fulfill their wishes of travelling to Malaysia for the all-important match. All the flights will use A321 aircraft and are expected to depart in the morning from Vietnam and return at night on the same day from Malaysia.

Passengers on the airline’s flights will be provided with 4-star service quality according to international standards.

Vietnam Airlines will co-ordinate with travel companies to design a tour package program on December 11 to help football fans enjoy the atmostphere of the final first leg between Vietnam and Malaysia.

The tour package covers a return ticket, a ticket to the final, tour guide, food and transportation fees. This will allow fans not to worry about organizing anything whilst travelling and so they’ll be able completely soak up the experience of going to Malaysia for the match.

The national flag carrier has bolstered nearly 3,000 seats so far to serve football fans and the Vietnamese men’s football team during the ongoing AFF Cup.
