VietJet Air opens early sales for 2.5 million Lunar New Year 2026 tickets
VOV.VN - To meet the high travel demand during the upcoming Lunar New Year 2026 (Tet), budget airline VietJet has launched early ticket sales for 2.5 million seats for the peak Tet travel period from February 3 to March 2, 2026.
Accordingly, one-way fares on domestic routes are available from just VND610,000 (US$23), excluding taxes and fees. Specifically, fares for the Ho Chi Minh City – Phu Quoc route start from VND610,000 (US$23); from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang, Nha Trang, and Buon Ma Thuot from VND1,000,000 (US$38); and from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi, Vinh, Thanh Hoa, and Hai Phong from VND1,610,000 (US$60).
In the reverse direction (from northern and central provinces to the south after Tet), promotional tickets are available from VND0 excluding taxes and fees.
