Travel firms launch series of tours for October and November

VOV.VN - Local tourism businesses have prepared to launch a series of tours to destinations such as Ha Giang and Bac Giang in late October and early November, while tours from Ho Chi Minh City to Cu Chi, Can Gio, Tay Ninh, and Quang Binh have already begun to welcome tourists.

This move comes as part of a range of activities being initiated to boost domestic tourism recovery after a period of being frozen due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

A representative of tour operator Hanoitourist Travel Company revealed that a tour to Tay Yen Tu spiritual complex is scheduled to be launched on October 23 and designed under a safe model including COVID-19 travel insurance for visitors.

The one-day itinerary will see a group of more than 20 tourists visit famous tourist spots in Bac Giang province, including Tay Yen Tu scenic spot, Vinh Nghiem pagoda, and Truc Lam Phuong Hoang Zen monastery

Furthermore, Caravan Vietnam Tourism Services and Communication Company Limited is scheduled to launch a tour aimed at savouring scenic views of the buckwheat flower season in the northern province of Ha Giang, with the departure date set for November 5 from Hanoi in a convoy of self-driving tourist cars.

Nhu Thi Ngan, general director of Hanoi Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company, said the company has also launched inter-provincial tours from Hanoi to Dien Bien, Mai Chau, Moc Chau, Sa Pa, and Pu Luong, departing every Friday and Saturday in October and November.

Moreover, a number of unique tourism products in the capital have been also been launched in a bid to attract tourists, including a walking tour of French architecture in the heart of Hanoi and a high-class cycling tour.  

Nguyen Asia,  director of Oxalis Adventure Company, said his firm is poised to welcome back foreign tourists in the form of a closed tour to the central province of Quang Binh, with guests set to explore unique caves such as Tu Lan and Tien caves in the region.

According to Do Van Thuc, deputy director of Dat Viet Tour Company, his company will add nature-oriented tours, sports, and trekking tours to the forest area of ​​Madagui and Nam Cat Tien, as well as closed resort tours along the coast of Ho Tram, Mui Ne, and Phu Quoc.
