Café Central An Dong on level 4 offers its Grand Seafood Market Buffet featuring oysters, king prawns, blue crab among others.
There is a special salmon station for guests to taste some of their favorites of salmon sashimi, salmon wellington or grilled salmon with cream and butter sauce.
In addition, a selection of dishes using prime US beef, including Texas-style chili, carbonnade beef stew made with dark Belgian beer, or golden-brown pan seared beef schnitzel, will be on offer from April 1 to 27.
