International cruise ship Star Voyager brings 500 visitors to Khanh Hoa
VOV.VN - The Bahamas-flagged cruise ship Star Voyager arrived in Khanh Hoa, a south-central coastal province of Vietnam, on February 11, bringing 500 visitors as part of its Vietnam itinerary.
After docking at Cam Ranh International Port, the passengers joined shore excursions organised by Saigontourist Travel Service Co., Ltd.. The programme included visits to the Po Nagar Cham Towers, Hon Chong, Dam Market, and the Truong Son craft village, along with a mud-bathing experience at i-Resort.
The vessel departed Khanh Hoa later the same day and continued its voyage to Hong Kong (China). Since the beginning of 2026, Khanh Hoa has received 11 international cruise calls, with more than 19,000 passengers going ashore for sightseeing.
Based on schedules registered by cruise operators, the province is expected to welcome a further 28 cruise ships by the end of the year. The return of cruise ship arrivals signals a continued recovery in sea-based tourism in Khanh Hoa.
