Hanoi to offer free double-decker trips for passengers during National Day
VOV.VN - The capital is set to organise free double-decker city tours for both visitors and local residents to mark the occasion of the National Day holiday on September 2, according to details given by a representative of the Hanoi Department of Tourism.
With regard to the city tour route conducted by Hanoi Transport Corporation, there are due to be three buses, with departure times being from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Each trip will be 30 minutes apart with a total of 18 buses running each day. There will be 44 free tickets for each trip with a total of 792 free tickets on offer per day.
For the city tour route put on by the Vietnam Tourism Joint Stock Company - Hanoi, there will be four buses with departure times being from 9:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. The free ticket distribution time is from 12:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. from August 31 to September 3 at the 19/8 Flower Garden area, opposite the Hanoi Opera House.
As part of the occasion, the Hanoi Department of Tourism in co-ordination with the Management Board of President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum will continue to organising the distribution of bread and drinking water to tourists and for people who visit the Mausoleum.
This activity has been implemented by the Hanoi Department of Tourism in collaboration with the Management Board of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum since 2018.
