Da Nang to welcome multiple high-end MICE groups in February
VOV.VN - The central coastal city of Da Nang is set to welcome multiple high-end MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) groups in February, according to the Da Nang Tourism Department.
A MICE group of 226 members from Bota-P World Company Limited, a leading Thai health product manufacturer, is visiting Da Nang from February 11 to 13 for conferences and sightseeing at the city's iconic destinations.
Meanwhile, a group of 300 international visitors from over 30 countries will arrive in Da Nang from February 21 to 22 to attend the Tamil Business Conference, which focuses on business cooperation and trade promotion across Asia.
Additionally, a major MICE event will take place in Da Nang from February 26 to 28, bringing together about 70 experts from Asian and global tourism markets, along with CEOs and senior leaders from key and emerging MICE tourism sectors.
The selection of Da Nang as the host for major events early in the year highlights its appeal as a MICE tourism destination, reinforcing its position as a leading hub in Asia.
Nguyen Thi Hoai An, deputy director of the Da Nang Department of Tourism, noted that MICE tourism has been a key focus for the city in recent years. She added that Da Nang will continue implementing policies to promote MICE tourism by supporting event organization and honouring units that bring MICE groups to the city.

VOV.VN - Ho Chi Minh City has welcomed 200 Meetings, Incentives, Conferencing, and Exhibitions (MICE) tourists from India, marking the first MICE travel group to visit Vietnam this year.
