Da Nang set to provide visitors with 'sleepless' beach experience

VOV.VN - The Da Nang city People's Committee have unveiled plans to offer visitors a ‘sleepless’ beach experience that features a wide range of entertainment activities.

The idea was mentioned within a report discussing how to diversify tourism products and manage tourism-related services throughout the coastal city.

Plans indicate that there will be camping activities at night, along with massage services and movie screenings featured throughout the Truong Sa - Vo Nguyen Giap - Hoang Sa and Nguyen Tat Thanh coastal road.

It is hoped that Ngu Hanh Son district will feature a 24/7-night street accompanied by entertainment services at Vo Nguyen Giap beach. Simultaneously, the city is expected to initiate a scheme to increase investment in the An Thuong tourism area in the future.

At present, the Da Nang city People's Committee is calling for investment into a four to five star cruise ship, which will provide catering and entertainment services in Danang Bay.

Elsewhere, the city will also provide support for investors who are looking to develop yacht lounge services, organise a music festival on the beach, in addition to promoting events on the banks of the Han river in order to create nightlife that features the city’s cultural characteristics.

Furthermore, Da Nang has also allowed inland waterway cruise ships to operate for up to 24 hours, while some areas such as seafood streets and entertainment sites are trialing closing times of 2 am.
