Cruise ship Royal Princess brings 3,000 foreign tourists to Khanh Hoa
VOV.VN - Around 3,000 international passengers aboard the luxury cruise ship Royal Princess arrived at Cam Ranh International Port on November 3, bringing another wave of cruise visitors to Khanh Hoa province, central Vietnam.
Flying the flag of Bermuda, the vessel was welcomed at the port before its passengers were taken on excursions to explore local attractions and cultural experiences.
Royal Princess departed Singapore on October 30 on a Southeast Asian voyage covering Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand.
During its stop in Khanh Hoa, passengers visited Po Nagar Cham Towers, a special national relic site, explored Long Son Pagoda, discovered traditional crafts at Truong Son Craft Village and joined an eco-tour of the countryside.
The cruise ship departed from Cam Ranh International Port later the same day to continue its journey southward toward Phu My Port in Ho Chi Minh City.
Royal Princess is a luxury cruise ship operated by Princess Cruises, part of US-based Carnival Corporation & plc. It can accommodate up to 3,560 passengers and around 1,300 crew members.
2026 marks the first year the ship has operated in Southeast Asia, with Singapore serving as its main homeport for passenger embarkation and disembarkation.
