Khanh Hoa welcomes international cruise ship carrying 4,000 tourists
VOV.VN - Panamanian-flagged cruise ship Adora Magic City, carrying around 4,000 tourists from Shenzhen, China, docked at Cam Ranh International Port in the central coastal province of Khanh Hoa on August 24.
During their stay, passengers were guided by Khang Huy Holiday Vietnam Travel Co., Ltd. to visit prominent attractions in Nha Trang city, including Ponagar Tower, Long Son Pagoda, Nha Trang Cathedral, I-Resort, Champa Island, Dam Market, Tram Huong Tower Square, and Nha Trang Beach Park, while experiencing traditional local cuisine.
The cruise ship is scheduled to leave Cam Ranh International Port on the afternoon of August 25 to continue its itinerary back to Shenzhen.
According to the Tourism Management Division under the Khanh Hoa Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, the province has welcomed 36 international cruise ships carrying over 55,467 passengers disembarking for sightseeing since the beginning of 2026.
Based on schedules registered by cruise lines, Khanh Hoa is set to receive 26 more international cruise ships by the end of the year.
The rebound in passenger arrivals underscores the growing appeal of Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa on international cruise routes, opening up further room for the local tourism sector to generate high-quality tourist flows and make positive contributions to overall growth.
