It might be in the best interest of the City to gain a better understanding of American culture. As there are many Vietnamese cooking, travel and cultural programs on American public television.

This ad will most likely get viewed by very few if any Americans. Most certainly it is not as informative, nor near the quality as the Vietnamese cultural programming that Americans already get every day on American public television.
