The small shop on Hang Giay street looks fairly modest, but has recently become well known, not only for teens but also for many older customers, or the young families.
Each shop has a different way to make its product, but the shop’s owner decided to give her own direction by focusing on tea flavor which is distilled and processed carefully
The shop owner said that to retain the natural taste of tea, she invested in a self-contained process, including water purification, ice machine and tea brewing machine. Hence, the smell of tea flavor is preserved and is very subtleand clean.
Unlike other places, the initial taste can smell fragrantbut quickly fade. The flavor of the tea in the shop is often indicated after drinking.
The shop owner has years of experience working overseas and admits that she is a milk tea connoisseur. She said that she has roamed the streets of Southeast Asia to enjoy the shops.
Beside milk tea, matcha is also a popular order.
