2,200 cruise tourists arrive in Khanh Hoa aboard international cruise ship
VOV.VN - About 2,200 tourists arrived in Khanh Hoa province on Vietnam’s south-central coast on March 13 aboard the international cruise ship Adora Mediterranea, which docked at Cam Ranh International Port after departing from Guangzhou, China.
According to the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the visitors joined sightseeing tours in the locality between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. the same day.
Tour programmes included visits to Po Nagar Cham Towers, Hon Chong, Dam Market and Truong Son craft village, along with mud-bathing experiences.
The activities allowed visitors to explore the province’s culture, history, daily life and natural landscapes. The ship is scheduled to leave Cam Ranh later the same evening and continue its journey to Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. Since the beginning of 2026, Khanh Hoa has welcomed 21 international cruise ships carrying more than 37,300 visitors.
According to cruise operators’ schedules, the province is expected to receive 27 international cruise ships in total this year, showing positive signs for cruise tourism in the locality.
