Vietship 2016 – draws record number of exhibitors
VOV.VN - The organizers on February 24 announced that opening day of – VietShip 2016 – an international trade fair for shipbuilding, marine technology and transportation exceeded expectations drawing nearly 130 exhibitors.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Cong said given the country’s national maritime geographical location, with many important maritime routes passing through, there is huge potential for the shipbuilding industry.

President Nguyen Ngoc Su of the Shipbuilding Industry Corporation in turn said the exhibition running February 24-26 is expected to attract 10,000 registered attendees – the highest attendance ever.
