The steering sub-committee on popularisation for the elections of the 13th National Assembly and people’s councils at all levels for the 2011-16 term convened its first session in Hanoi on February 23.

The Hanoi Municipal Party Committee Standing Board on February 16 held a conference for the preparations for the upcoming National Assembly and People’s Council elections under the chairmanship of Party Secretary Pham Quang Nghi.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee held a conference in Hanoi on February 10 to introduce qualified candidates to the 13th National Assembly (NA) and the People’s Councils at all levels in the 2011-2016 term.
