Hanoi has issued a resolution introducing a pilot programme for a number of special mechanisms and policies aimed at developing the city’s urban railway system.

Politburo member, Permanent member of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Cam Tu on June 3 received Acting Chairman of the Commission for External Relations of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee Bounleua Phandanouvong, who is on a three-day official visit to Vietnam.
