VN Ambassador to Japan Vu Hong Nam, empowered by the State President, presented the Friendship Medal to Seiji Hagiwara, Governor of Mimasaka city in Okayama prefecture, in recognition of his contributions to the growth of the Vietnam-Japan friendship.
