VOV.VN - Budget carrier VietJet Air has begun to resume some services on domestic air routes from October 21 following a long hiatus caused by the national fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

VOV.VN - National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines announced on its official website that tickets on Ho Chi Minh City–Hanoi air route from October 12 to October 19 have now been sold out.

Following its domestic operation resumption, Vietjet has added 7 more routes to its flight network, which now includes 14 services from HCM City to Hai Phong, Da Nang, Quy Nhon, Vinh, Thanh Hoa, Chu Lai, Hue, Dong Hoi, Tuy Hoa, Phu Quoc, Nha Trang and Pleiku and from Hanoi to Da Nang and Can Tho.

A Vietjet Air flight carrying 10 tonnes of relief goods worth EUR616,100 (US$720,000), donated by German friends and Vietnamese people living in the country, is scheduled to depart from Hamburg for Ho Chi Minh City on August 19.
