The Vietnam Green Building and Transportation Week 2025 will open in Hanoi on October 29 with the theme “Innovation in sustainable construction: Promoting green building and green transport development”.

VOV.VN - The People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on September 23 to ramp up cooperation in urban development, construction, infrastructure, and transport.

Moscow will introduce best urban models that can be applied in localities at home and abroad, including Vietnam, Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor in charge of transport and industry of the Russian capital city, has said.

Representatives from the Departments of Transport of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City joined other delegates representing authorities, and transport and digital development sectors from 28 cities around the world in the third International Transport Conference in Moscow on August 22 – 23.

Ho Chi Minh City has been chosen as the first locality to carry out studies on the e-transportation development plan, given its huge potential.
