Vietnam can learn a lot from Singapore and other countries to build a smart government and smart cities so as to pave the way for rapid progress in the future, according to Associate Prof., Dr. Vu Minh Khuong at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy under the National University of Singapore.
