VOV.VN - Leaders of Ho Chi Minh City on March 27 received delegations from Russia’s Perm and Tyumen regions, expressing a wish to expand cooperation with Russian localities and contribute to strengthening the Vietnam-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership.

Ho Chi Minh City has consistently regarded strengthening friendship and cooperation with Russian localities, organisations, and enterprises as a key part of its international integration strategy, said Nguyen Thanh Nghi, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the municipal Party Committee.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Dang Minh Khoi paid a working trip to Russia’s Vladimir oblast on November 11-12 to expand the traditional friendship with the locality that hosts numerous Vietnamese textile enterprises.

Hanoi always gives the top priority to developing friendship and cooperation with Russian localities, including Moscow, contributing to consolidating and strengthening the special relations between the two countries, a municipal leader has said.
