The Vietnam Department of Peacekeeping Operations under the Ministry of National Defence on October 27 launched a training course on United Nations peacekeeping operations for female military officers, with support from UN Women and Australia.

The Ministry of National Defence held a conference in Hanoi on October 16 to review the missions of Engineering Unit Rotation 3 and Level-2 Field Hospital Rotation 6 after their successful completion of United Nations peacekeeping operations.
