The 13th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee opened in Hanoi on July 11 morning.

Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Tran Thanh Man and Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) of China Wang Chen held online talks on June 29.
